Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CSTN Labs, proprietor Constantin Hartmann, Martinstrasse 60, 77855 Achern, Germany; email: support@ehmail.net; contact form: ehmail.net/support) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You can also submit your withdrawal using the “Withdraw from contract” button available in the footer, in your account and at dashboard.ehmail.net/widerrufen. If you use this option, we will acknowledge receipt by email without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

These instructions apply correspondingly to purchases of additional email credit packages.
